Our plastic injection moulding facility has a range of machines up to 350T. We can offer assembly processes and quality checks to suit your requirements.
We’re large enough to turn orders around quickly and small enough to offer flexibility in our services.

Tool Making

With a fully qualified tool-maker in house, JTech is able to not only develop fantastic tooling but also provide other services such as precision machining of customised one-off components or prototype development.
While we are specialists in injection moulding plastic we do have experience across a variety of other materials such as hardened steel, aluminium, and timber. Just another reason to use JTech for your next development.


We offer a 3D CAD service to bring your ideas to life. We use CAD to design all our own tools in-house and our CAM software is used to programme our CNC machines. Our background has primarily been tool design and toolmaking so when designing a plastic component we know exactly how to approach your design to avoid unnecessary costs. We believe in keeping things simple and won’t reinvent what’s already been proven.
